Smart Park Assist (SPA) System
Parallel, angled or perpendicular - all are easy with Smart Parking Assist (SPA). Using front, side and rear sensors, it steers the car for you. All you need to do is control the brake, accelerator and gears. The rear view camera shows dynamic guidelines on the touchscreen, guiding you into place. Finish by activating the electronic parking brake.

FEATURES
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) – City/Pedestrian
The standard Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) detects vehicles in front of you using a camera and radar sensors, warning you visually if a collision risk arises. Opt for the pedestrian protection system* and the steering wheel vibrates if pedestrians enter the road. If you don’t react, the car brakes automatically.
Elevated year-round comfort
The new Kia Ceed makes comfort a priority – whatever the weather outside. The front seats can be heated on cold days.
Featuring three adjustable settings, the front seats warm up quickly and then level off after the desired temperature is reached. Plus there is fully automatic dual zone climate control.

10.25” Navigation Touchscreen
The large, high-definition touchscreen uses Bluetooth® multi-connection to let occupants connect two mobile devices at once, as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay(1). You can split the screen to use up to three apps, such as map, weather and music(2).
Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go Functionality
Using a combination of a camera and radar, Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go regulates the vehicle's speed and the distance to the car ahead**. If the preceding car speeds up, your Kia Ceed accelerates up to the pre-set speed. If it slows down, your car drops the speed or even stops, to maintain the pre-determined safety distance.
8-Speaker JBL® Premium Sound System
Relish the tunes you love in excellent sound while out and about in the Kia Ceed. A JBL Premium Sound System, with 8 speakers enhance MP3 quality, emitting high-definition sound throughout your car.**

(1) 7 Year Warranty
Kia warranty covers a period of 7 years from initial registration or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. Deviations according to the valid guarantee conditions, e.g. for battery, paint and equipment, subject to local terms and conditions. For full Kia warranty terms and exclusions click here.
(2) Kia Connect Services
The services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your vehicle’s head unit. Available On-Board Services might differ depending on your country. Smartphone with data plan required to activate Kia Connect Live Services services in countries and models without embedded telematics.
(3) Kia Connect On-Board Services
Information and control service for your Kia from your smartphone; the Services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your Kia App. Smartphone with iOS or Android operating system and mobile phone contract with data option necessary incurring additional cost.
(4) Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™
The Kia Ceed is compatible with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. Android Auto™ is designed to work with Android phones running 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. Apple CarPlay™ is available for iPhone 5 or newer models. Both systems feature voice control and allow the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road ahead at all times. Apple CarPlay™ is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto™ and other marks are trademarks of Google Inc.
(5) Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) is an assistance system and does not relieve the driver from their responsibility to safely operate the vehicle at any time. The driver still has to adapt their driving behaviour to their personal driving capabilities, to the legal requirements and to the overall road and traffic conditions. FCA is not designed to drive the vehicle autonomously. For further information, please refer to the owner’s manual.
(6) Lane Following Assist
Lane Following Assist (LFA) is available only for models with a DCT gearbox.
(7) Wireless Phone Charging System
Wireless charging compatible with phones featuring Qi technology or adapter.
(8) Kia Connect Services
Kia Connect Services are provided by Kia Connect GmbH, registered under the registration number HRB 112541, Theodor-Heuss-Allee 11, 60486 Frankfurt am Main.
(8.1) Free 7-year Kia Connect services
The Services are provided free of charge for a period of 7 years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective. We reserve the right to propose additional services in the future subject to separate terms of use. (8.2) Over-the-Air updates
For new vehicles sold from May 2021, Kia offers, per vehicle, two free-of-charge updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software using the so-called “over-the-air” method (“OTA Updates”). Once the two free-of-charge OTA Updates have been consumed, you will be able to get updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software only (i) by accessing the following web page https://update.kia.com/EU/E1/Main or (ii) at a dealership.
